Late Arrival & No Call/No Show Policy

At Perfect Touch Chiropractic, our goal is to provide every patient with high-quality care in a timely and efficient manner. To ensure fairness and maintain smooth scheduling for all patients, the following policies apply:

1. Non-Plan / Wellness Patients

Patients who arrive more than 10–15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will need to be rescheduled.

A Late Arrival Fee equal to half of the cost of their scheduled adjustment will be charged.
If a Non-Plan/Wellness Patient misses an appointment (no call/no show) or fails to provide 12 hour notice they will be charged half of the cost of their scheduled adjustment

2. Plan Patients

If a Plan Patient misses an appointment (no call/no show) or fails to provide 12 hour notice, the missed visit will be deducted from their current plan.

This deduction applies regardless of the reason for the missed appointment unless previously approved by management.

3. Emergencies

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. At the discretion of management, certain emergencies may be exempt from penalties. These considerations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

At Perfect Touch Chiropractic, we value every patient’s time and strive to maintain an efficient schedule for all who rely on our care. To ensure fairness and availability, we require adequate notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments.

1. Cancellation Notice Requirement

Patients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 12 hours in advance.

This allows us time to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need.

2. Late Cancellations

A cancellation made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment is considered a Late Cancellation.

Non-Plan/Wellness Patients: A fee equal to half of the cost of the scheduled adjustment will be charged.

Plan Patients: The missed visit will be deducted from their current plan.

3. Emergencies

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. At the discretion of management, certain emergencies may be exempt from penalties. These considerations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To provide timely care for all patients, we kindly ask that appointments be respected.

• Late Arrivals: Patients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled adjustment fee.

Plan Patients

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in one visit being deducted from the plan.

Emergencies

We understand emergencies happen and may waive fees at management’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.
